Industrial maintenance

In the field of industrial maintenance, we offer three (3) basic services: 

1. Preventive and curative maintenance of your equipment (individual machine or complete line)  
2. The installation of machines (individual and or the installation of complete lines);
3. Occasional or on-demand maintenance.

Preventive or curative maintenance 

We do industrial mechanical maintenance on KRONES equipment. We do:

•  preventive maintenance (which keeps your machines in good working order, so that you can anticipate certain breakdowns), 
• and corrective maintenance (in the event of proven breakdowns).

Thus we have maintenance plans and or annual (periodic) revisions according to the number of hours of operation of the machine (from 6000h, 12000h 18000, 24000h etc..). 

We do complete maintenance of lines and individual maintenance of machines of the following types: 

• Hot glue cold glue labeling machine;
• Lifting labeling machine;
• Filling machine (can, bottle, PET);
• bottle inspector machine (full and empty);
• Rack and bottle inspector machine;
• Bottle washing machines;
• Packing machine and unpacking machines;
• Palletizers machines and depalletizers machines; 
• Conveyors machines (bottles, pallets and racks);
• blowing machine; 
• Bundlers machine (for packs).

Occasional  or on-demand maintenance

We also intervene at the request of customers for specific breakdowns on all types of lines or machines.
